Colorado is home to numerous mountains and alpine areas. When we're discussing alpine climbing with The Colorado Climbing Company it's a little broader than the common use of the term. Our alpine trips can be anything from treks in the alpine zone of some of our many 14ers or it can be a multi-day technical alpine route with a mixture of rock, ice, and snow climbing. We will provide the ultimate mountain experience.

When the snowflakes start to fly it's time to start waxing the planks. Because of the high elevation terrain Colorado is well known for its skiing and with a variety of chutes, open bowls, and treed glades there is terrain for everybody.

Colorado is an amazing location for ice climbing. Ascending something as ephemeral as a frozen waterfall seems improbable to say the least. The rhythm and technique developed with experienced guides allow you to climb year-round.

Colorado is well known for world class rock climbing. From the Front Range climbing areas near the main metropolitan areas to the more remote and less travelled Western Slope and higher elevation crags of the Intermountain areas of Colorado.
