There are ski resorts and then there are real ski towns. Telluride is a real ski town. You can spend days exploring the shops, cafes, gourmet restaurants, yoga studios, art galleries and day spas. that line . Chairlifts climb the mountain from town and you’ll see that they are a part of it, rather than an extension of it. There are more bikes than cars, and realize that lift lines are the exception rather than the rule. The idea here is to get out in the mountains however you can; from snowshoes to snowmobiles, the options are endless. Free Nordic trails crisscross the Valley Floor in town and climb up and down the snow-covered fairways throughout Mountain Village. Outdoor retailers offer guided snowshoeing and snowmobiling tours or options to pedal fat bikes to the local brewery.

The only thing as good as a winter in the Rocky Mountains is a summer - and summers spent in Telluride top them all. Summer here is marked by mountain hikes, single-track rides, clear rivers and world-class festivals. Activities include: Fly Fishing, Horseback riding, Rafting, 4x4 off roading, Razor/Atv,Golf, Rock climbing, Paragliding, and Stand up paddle boarding. .
